Our Story

Built on Detail

Rising Tides is one oceanfront home on the pristine shores of Great Exuma, Bahamas. The main villa is about 5,000 square feet with six bedrooms and eight baths, and a two bedroom guest house sits alongside it, so the property sleeps up to 16. The Master Suite and the VIP Suite both look straight out at the water, and the remaining rooms are set up for families and groups with queen beds and twin bunks. Outside there is a heated saltwater pool, expansive sun decks, a full outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, sink and bar seating, and direct access to the white sand beach.

We are in the heart of Great Exuma, five minutes from the airport, four minutes from Hoopers Marina, six minutes from Smittys Grocery and about seventeen minutes from Georgetown. From here it is an easy day out to swim with the stingrays at Chat N' Chill or spend an afternoon at Sand Dollar Beach. Housekeeping and high speed Starlink WiFi come with the rental, and a private chef or an excursion can be added on request. We are here to help you plan the perfect Exuma escape.

Rising Tides sits directly on the beach in Great Exuma. Six bedrooms and eight baths in the main villa, plus a two bedroom guest house. Outside there is a heated saltwater pool, sun decks and a full outdoor kitchen. The airport is five minutes away, Hoopers Marina four.

Getting Here and Going Around

We sort out the travel details before you arrive. Airport transfers can be arranged ahead of your stay, we can help arrange a rental car in advance of your arrival, and a list of reliable taxi services comes in your welcome package.

Planning Your Days

Ask us and we will point you to the right people and places. We keep a short list of local boat charter operators we recommend, a private chef or an excursion can be added on request, and we are happy to share where to go for beaches, snorkeling and a good meal.
